5. What should I bring?

There is no need to change out of your comfortable travel clothes on Sunday for the Welcome Reception. You will need a jacket for the fireworks over Lake George! On Monday, it's usual business attire. There are lots of networking recreational activities on Tuesday's agenda so wear your shirt/sweater with your employer logo and fill your pocket with business cards. The Tuesday evening Cocktail Reception returns to business attire.

9. What can I do if I cannot get a room at The Sagamore?

First contact The Sagamore for your accommodations because sometimes there are cancellations or one night availability. However, with our growing conference, once The Sagamore is filled up, there are over 100 rooms available in Bolton Landing within two (2) miles of The Sagamore. Some of these places are not open in the winter so leave a message and someone will get back to you. All the hotels linked on our website know our conference dates and have been contacted.
