Become an Exhibitor
The Federation Conference and Trade Show brings together the
leaders of the Empire State's solid waste & recycling industries.
Exhibiting in the Trade Show provides a direct link to top-level
executives and a forum to meet existing clients and customers.
Exhibitors representing equipment manufacturers, engineering,
finance and legal consultants, associations, government agencies
and environmental groups will reach public and private sector
decision-makers from New York and the Northeast at the Trade Show
with their products and services.
The following take place in the Main Exhibit Hall:

- Monday & Tuesday Continental Breakfasts
- Monday & Tuesday Refreshment Breaks
Conversation tables are located outside the Main Exhibit
Hall near the Table Tops.
Table top and 6ft.X10ft. booths start at $750. Each exhibitor
receives:
- One pipe and draped booth or draped 8ft. table top
- One compilmentary conference registration
- 6ft. Table and chair
- Booth sign
- Company listing (if signed up by December) in Program distributed
to 8,000
- Company description in Welcome Program (distributed at conference)
- Attendee database in EXCEL

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served bases.

Instructions
Parking Lot Expo
Limited space is available in the parking lot(s) adjacent to
the Conference Center. During the Monday afternoon Happy Hour,
attendees are encouraged to view equipment demonstrations and
'kick the tires'. Due to tight turns on the island, any outdoor
heavy equipment must arrive early Sunday afternoon.
